Trimix DiverThe Trimix Diver program will enable divers to expand the range of their diving by using helium based gas mixes thus allowing for greater exploration.
Specific topics covered include Normoxic helium (He)-based dive planning, operational planning for multi-Deco tank management, extended oxygen exposure, stage gas management, as well as a number of standard operating procedures. A large focus will be on in-water timed (equipment failures) problem solving. Divers will use a number of different gas mixtures, both as bottom gas and in Deco cylinders during decompression. Divers will learn to complete a range of skills, and will have to demonstrate competence and comfort in water. |
