Advanced Nitrox Diver 

Are you looking to expand your dive time?  Maybe you’re a scientific diver or photographer looking to stay in the water a little longer? 

The Advanced Nitrox Course qualifies divers to use enriched air nitrox from EAN 21 through EAN 100 percent within your current certification level to a maximum depth of 40 metres/130 feet during dives that do not require staged decompression. Often taught in conjunction with the Decompression Procedures course, this can be considered the foundation of your technical diving career.

The program is about interactive learning and team building. A number of classroom topics will be covered including equipment configuration, gas management, advanced dive planning and oxygen management.

• Class time 1 day
• 4 dives over two days
• Full course 3 days

• Appropriate equipment
• Basic Nitrox Cert
• 100 logged dives

Limitations

• Student to Instructor Ration 4:1
• Decompression gas of up to 100%
• Max depth 100ft (30 m)
