Technical Diver Combo Level 2

The Technical Diver Level 2 course helps the diver to minimize the effects of narcosis, C02 and oxygen toxicity by introducing helium to your breathing gas.  This program is a combination of Extended Range and Trimix diver courses.

This program will teach you how to plan and execute dives utilizing Normoxic gas mixes meaning no less than 18 percent oxygen and diving to maximum depth of 60 m/200 feet with a blend of helium appropriate for the planned depth like an (02)18%-(He)45%

Topics covered include helium (He)-based dive planning, equipment configuration, decompression theory, gas management, advanced dive planning and oxygen management, as well as a number of standard operating procedures for various in water equipment failures.
